When using Firefox, if it's not already installed, you'll be prompted to install the free flash player plugin from Adobe. If you download and install and nothing happens, it's probably because Firefox was open and the plugin didn't install correctly. Please follow these steps.

1) Open Firefox and visit the Adobe website. (This will automatically detect your browser- verify it's for the correct browser you need.)
2) Un-check the box for McAfee Virus Protection. (You probably already have protection.)
3) Download the file to your desktop or other folder that you are familiar with.
4) Close every single Firefox window (including download folder).
5) Double click the install flash .exe file.

By installing without having Firefox open you ensure it installs correctly. After the installation finishes, open up Firefox, return to our homepage, login, and click the video file link again.

If after following these steps you still don't see the video, please try clearing the cache and any cookies as your computer is probably pulling a previously loaded page.

Click the Firefox button to open the menu, select Options, and then select Options. Select privacy and then select "clear your recent history" and choose a time frame before you initially accessed the course and click "Clear Now."  Return to the course video and it should play correctly.
