KREC website doesn't show credit?

When you finish a continuing education course, we note your completion and place you on our official roster to submit to the (KREC) Kentucky Real Estate Commission. During most of the year, they request we submit rosters twice a month so if you completed a class on August 5th, we'd likely report your credit August 16th when we'd send complete rosters for everyone who finished between August 1st-15th. The KREC may need several additional days to process your credit so it may not show up on the website right away. (FYI- The website is not the official database anyway)

The bottom line is the way the system is setup, it can take a couple of weeks before your credit gets posted for you to see. If you complete a CE course and evaluation form and receive your printable certificate, there's nothing else you need to do. We'll submit your information according to the schedule set by the KREC, but it will be delayed in getting posted. (As long as you finished by any deadline you might be working under, there's no reason to panic as credit is post dated to when you finished the course)

In our entire history, not a single person has taken a class from us and not received the appropriate credit they were due.

If you have an immediate need for credit because you are coming out of escrow, let us know and we can send a confirmation email to the KREC. If after 3 weeks from your finish date you still don't see your credit posted, please contact us and we'll investigate further. Realize the KREC does not have an automated process and when we send an Excel spreadsheet of completions they are taking the information and inputting each line individually. (We don't get it either) The point is that it's easy for a number to get transposed, but we'll ensure credit is posted.
