We offer two different cram courses for two different types of students.
1) If a student completes our 96 hour pre-license course, they receive (free of charge) a comprehensive cram course and study guide to help prepare for the license exam. This includes information for both the general part of the real estate exam and a section on Kentucky law. This cram course is immediately available once a student completes our proctored exam. (We can't really discuss the exam while a student is taking a course for credit.)
2) If an existing licensee in another state only needs to take the Kentucky law part of the exam (because of license recognition), we offer a Kentucky Only Law Cram course that's exclusively focused on Kentucky law topics they'll be tested on. Pricing and registration information can be found here.
