We have multiple ways to contact us inside each class. You can call or email, but the preferred method is to "submit a request" electronically through our help/support system. This allows us to understand the nature of your request and route the issue to the appropriate person automatically which will ultimately result in a faster response time. Also realize that we offer FAQ's inside each course where we have taken other questions by students and posted the answers for all to see so it's possible your question is the same that someone else had and has already been answered. One way we separate ourselves from other schools is that we improve and add material to our courses every single day.
