If you take and complete our 96 hour online Kentucky approved pre-license course and don't pass the Kentucky real estate license exam on your first try, we'll reimburse the exam fee (no questions asked). All you have to do is provide a copy of your testing report. We (as well as other schools) are not allowed (per regulations) to post our exact "passing percentages," but we're the only school to offer any type of monetary guarantee.
