It's not really a question of programs as it is your browser and Internet connection.

Most of our classes contain video clips that are normally produced in "Flash" so it's important your web browser is updated to the latest version of "Flash Player." You can always find information or free downloads at the Adobe download center here.

Because our courses all contain audio and video, you will need (at a minimum) an Internet connection of 256K or higher. (Dial up connections will not work.)

Please note that in rare cases certain anti-virus programs or firewalls can create unique conflicts, as we're required to track what you are doing/completing and thus communicate continuously with your computer. We'll do our best to troubleshoot, but if the issue is specific to your computer/setup, we'll likely suggest a free alternative. For instance, if your firewall is blocking our content, we'll probably suggest you disable the firewall you have as part of your security suite and let the free built-in Windows firewall take over while you are completing our course.
