There are two main reasons why computers lock up when viewing content on the web. The first is that something happened to the Adobe flash player. (Check here to see if you have the latest version.)

The second reason is the stability of the Internet connection. Unlike regular webpages that load at one time, our content has to be streamed because we are required by regulators to "track" completion. That is why we recommend using a wired connection verses a wireless one. This constant communication between our servers and your computer can sometimes be interrupted by the connection or worse - be mistaken for a "virus" trying to steal information and send it out to other computers. If you computer is locking up, it's possible your "firewall" settings could be modified or you might try another firewall. Windows machines have a built-in firewall which takes over by default. So, if your anti-virus program is blocking communication, then disabling the firewall for that program and allowing the default firewall in Windows should take care of the issue.

If you want to learn more specifics about Firewalls you can watch the 10 minute video below. (Just first  2 1/2 minutes for why/how to turn on/off)
