If you have access to the credit card being used, login to our learning management system, click on the class you want and put the credit card holder's information into the payment fields when prompted. (You must input the zip code that is on file with the credit card company - not your own.)
If you do not have direct access to the credit card information, there are two options. The person paying can click the appropriate button below to pay for either the 96 hour pre-license course (the one you need for getting a real estate license) or one of our advanced 48 hour broker courses (for existing agents who desire a broker license). Using this method bypasses our normal shopping cart system and will take customers directly to our credit card processor. They can even use an online pay by check option. The payor should include the student's name in the notes field and textbook mailing address if known.
If one of these payment methods is used, the course will not automatically be available when payment is because we will have to manually enter the student into a course. During normal business hours this is typically done is just a few minutes, but could take up to 24 hours on the weekend.
