One of two reasons. Either the zip code you entered doesn't match with the credit card billing zip code or if you are using a debit card, you may have reached your daily limit.

Problem #1 - The information you entered doesn't match up with the credit card company records. The name should be exactly as it appears on the card and the address used should be the address where the credit card bill is sent to. To prevent fraud, the credit card processors match up zip code/address information so it needs to match exactly. Please call your credit card company to verify you both have the exact same information. Nine out of ten times the credit card company is one digit off on the zip code or address.

Solution #1: Retry registration using the exact information that's on file with the credit card company.

Problem #2 - The card is being processed as (or actually is) a debit card and there's a limit on daily withdrawals. Most banks have a default limit of $500.  Unless those limits have been raised, the debit card will likely be declined when you try to register for the prelicense course. You might receive a generic message like "address can't be matched." Even if the card is not processed on our end and payment is not officially submitted to our processor, your bank may place a hold on your account for 2-3 days and reduce your available balance, so don't try to process a debit card by clicking the payment button more than once. These "holds" will probably drop off of your account automatically after a couple of days. We don't have any control over individual bank processes, and we can't credit what we don't receive.

Solution #2: Contact your bank to raise the limit, or you may choose to send us a check/or e-check.
