What if I don't see a score/checkmark for something I've completed?

First, refresh your screen to see if the issue is caused by your browser not updating. If a check mark or score still does not appear on an activity or video that you know you have completed, continue to the next activity. The check marks are shown primarily for your benefit to help you navigate and are not necessarily used when we verify completion of all activities. If a quiz or resource is locked and you have already completed the missing assignment or video please contact us and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.


After you have accessed an activity, a green check mark will appear on the left. The check mark only indicates that you have accessed the activity. It does not always indicate completion of an activity.

 If  a check mark  does not appear on an activity that you know you have completed, please refresh your browser and continue to the next activity. The check marks are shown primarily for your benefit to help you navigate and are not necessarily used when we verify completion of all activities. If a quiz or resource is locked and you have already completed the missing assignment or video please contact us and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

You must first complete all required activities. There are two ways to tell if you need to go back to complete an activity. If all the boxes before the quiz are not checked, then you need to complete the activities that don't have a check mark.

Note: Sometimes check marks may not appear even after you have watched a video. If this happens and you can still move forward, don't worry about the check mark as we have it documented on our end that the video was completed. However, if you can't move forward, you will need to contact us so we can fix it. You do not need to re-do a video or activity you have already completed.

If you are trying to access a quiz, you may get a message like the one below listing the activities that need to be completed first.
